CAFE MYTH @ Benson Vineyards

This place is absolutely amazing their mozzarella and pesto is the most fresh that I’ve ever had in my life and the pizza is to die for the view was excellent the service is very fast the selection of beer cider and wine is also amazing. I am definitely coming back and I would highly recommend anyone that wants to try a Neapolitan style pizza which is very unique in the USA as I was told I also had the opportunity to meet the owner Bob super nice guy and very informative about what makes his pizza better or I should say the best.

Me: I am easy to please, you can't deny that. Him:... We just ate at a winery on top of a mountain overlooking a lake! Me: oh. And to think I all started with me searching for pizza, seeing one photo from this establishment, and deciding to try it. The winery is just 15 minutes from Lake Chelan and it's a scenic drive and location, as well. This pizza place is the second of it's kind, from what I've heard, and people say it's better than the first. What I'll say is that I had a margherita with cupped pepperoni and it was delicious. The crust was fluffy and had a nice crunch, and everything tasted as it should, for a Neapolitan pizza. I would say it's as tasty as most Neapolitan pizza establishments that prepare pizzas properly. What I love most about it was that I was able to do a wine tasting while waiting for the pizzas to be done, and the tiramisu gelato was SO good. Admiring the vineyard, the mountains and lake Chelan was very enjoyable too!

This place is a must stop! We had the barrata as a light afternoon snack and it was wonderful. We heard great things about the pizza and wish we had time to enjoy that as well. We'll be back for sure

After a wine tasting at Benson Vineyard, we went downstairs for a pizza at Cafe Myth. The dough on their pizza is ethereal, crispy with a nice chew. We had the pesto with fresh mozzarella and ricotta, soooo good. A must stop if you are in Manson

The cutest spot to hang and enjoy pizza, wine and views. We’ve been coming to Chelan for 30 years as a family and didn’t know this place existed until this year! We can’t wait to come back. We loved the pizza and the wine, and even my brother in law who only likes beer was able to enjoy a glass of 2 from their draft selection. A musician was setting up as we were leaving- which would’ve been a lovely way to spend the afternoon. Cant wait to come back again soon.

Gorgeous winery. Great wine. Ordered pizza downstairs and could bring it up to the wine tasting area. Pizza delicious. Great ambiance with inside and outside seating.

What a fantastic place to visit for a meal or gelato! The pizza was delicious, and I highly recommend the lemon pie gelato. The view was the most amazing part though. If you are visiting Chelan, put Cafe Myth on your “must go” list. I’m not sure if there is another way to get down there, but I’m including a photo of the stairs you take to get to the cafe. They could be a problem for some people.

As its grand opening (17/SEP/2020) was just a few days before our anniversary, I took my wife up to “CAFE MYTH” @ Benson Vineyards, for an early dinner and a pleasant Sunday afternoon drive out the north shore of Lake Chelan. The views from up here are spectacular! The menu is not a duplicate of Bob’s “Local Myth Pizza” restaurant in Chelan, as some might think, but fabulous just the same. Bob has definitely created another great list of menu options!!!
